- The HardCap Aerolite is the lightest full shell bump cap available on the market, weighing less than 135g without compromising on performance.
- Representing the forefront of innovation within the JSP head protection range, providing complete protection by meeting the requirements of EN 812 and EN 352-3.
- Underneath the sleek textile cover is a tough HDPE sheel and a lightweight EPP impact liner, carefully designed to allow for flexibility and comfort for the wearer.
- Replaceable padding to provide extra comfort and a better fit. The comfort pad and sweatband are moisture wicking to move sweat away from the skin.
- The cover has large open weave panels allowing the easy transfer of cool air. This substantially reduces head build-up and discomfort for the wearer, especially when worn over long periods.
- Designed with longer 50mm peak providing better shade.
- Large reflective areas on the side panels of the cover and reflective piping around the peak provide extra visibility and improved safety in low-light conditions
- Available in black or navy.
- The cover is removable and machine washable. The sweatband and padding are treated with Polygene, which reduces skin irritation, odors and wash cycles, and prolongs the lifetime of the fabric.
